On-Going IT Support

Stay ahead of your technical issues with Layer Seven’s on-going IT support and Pre-Scheduled IT Maintenance Solutions.

On-Going IT Support & Pre-Scheduled Maintenance

At Layer Seven, we will arrange a regular preventative maintenance schedule with you for our technical expert to be on-site to handle all of your information technology, computing, IP Telephony, networking, and application issues. The schedule will be tailored for your business, providing as much on-site time as your systems require on the days and times that you prefer. At the start of each scheduled IT visit, we will do a quick check under the hood of your key IT systems to make sure they are running well and in good working condition. As we are working, we keep an eye out for any unusual problems, error messages, or other issues and then we will recommend our professional IT solutions that will work best for you.

Layer Seven's Pre-Scheduled Maintenance

The ideal time to identify and resolve a technical issue is before it even occurs. Over the past 12 years of providing Professional IT services in San Diego, we have been able to prove that our Pre-Scheduled Maintenance (PSM) customers decrease their information technology overall spend and experience greater productivity. Our Pre-Scheduled Maintenance (PSM) on going IT support is designed to prevent computer hardware failure and the loss of critical data. By placing a preventative maintenance and IT business continuity plan in place, Layer Seven is able to help you decrease your total number of IT emergencies and the labor rates tied to them.

Our Pre-Scheduled Maintenance IT solutions do not require you to make long-term commitments in the form of an agreement and they don’t require you to pay for upfront enrollment fees. We simply ask our PSM on going IT support customers and prospective customers to commit to a minimum of eight (8) hours per month and we will do the rest. We only bill for the actual time that we are on the clock for you.
